I am using Indydebi's BC to ice a cake for Sunday and need to know if anyone has used the Upside Down Method to apply? I have the instructions but am not sure how to adapt them for a crusting BC (only briefly touched on in the instructions) and Indy's crusts so well/quickly.
Did a search but couldn't find a previous thread; though I am sure it has been covered. This is my only hope to get sharp edges, which I am dying to achieve.
