I am making a fondant (MFF) covered cake that will have petal dust on it to make it look like a sunset. I will be decorating tomorrow night and finishing on Friday. Can I freeze it, or should I refridgerate it? The filling will be perishable, cream cheese and fresh strawberries in glaze. How should I go about this? The last time I did a fondant covered cake and froze it, it bled to no end!!!! Or sweated I guess. I don't want this to happen to this one, because of it not being a solid color, I don't think I'll be able to blot it up without ruining it...Someone help me please!
