of icing/fondant color? I've been using the Wilton gel for years, but my local stores don't carry a huge variety of colors. I need to order some, but thought I'd get different opinions for the carious brands before I do. Thanks!
My favorite is chefmaster liqua gel. Very concentrated so you use very little, no bad taste and you get red and black instantly - no waiting for it to intensify.
I use Americolor for nearly everything. I like the price and the packaging. I keep ChefMaster No Fade Pink and No Fade Purple on hand, too.
