Has anyone used Macsmom's banana cake recipe for a topsy-turvy? Do you think it will be sturdy enough for this kind of cake?? I was thinking of trying it out this weekend. Thanks in advance for any help

I have never tried the recipe, but you might want to modify the title of this post! It doesn't look good! I thought, "Oh my Lord, someone is banning someone's cake! WHAT??!"
