Hi all. I know this has been asked trillion times but I had a request ,they want tons of flowers made with white chocolate , I am not doing the cake they'll make or get the cake but want me to just make the flowers .Its for a birthday party in an other state. I know its going to be expensive but how much should I charge .
With most of my cakes couple of gumpaste flowers are included in my per serving rate and I charge additional for more then 10 flowers .But they are gumpaste.
any ideas????

Well, first questions, how are the white chocolate flowers going to get to said other state?
Second question, totally white chocolate or white candy clay?
