Satin Ice Buttercream Product Problem

Is anyone else having problems with Satn Ice Buttercream. It is fine until you take it out of the bucket and then it dries out so quickly you can barely get it on the cake without it cracking?

I just bought a 10lb bucket and I am so disappointed.

It should be the same as White Satin Ice - I wouldn't think the flavor would change the consistancy?

Thank you so much. I found a post from another member stating the same problem and a Satin Ice Rep. - CC member said they had issues that they resolved. So I pm her and wrote my situation with my name address and batch number listed on the fondant bucket- I hope they will replace the fondant for me.

Satin Ice was wonderful. I gave them the info from my batch of Buttercream flavored fondant - they researched it and then promptly sent me a replacement tub of Satin Ice. I couldn't ask for better customer service.
