This is my first fondant cake, Everybody tell me what you think!! and any tips or ideas to improve myself please, inform me! Im posting pictures, But also I have a 2 tier cake im doing out of pound cake and the top is going to be the ( #1 cake pan from wilton, which is 2" thick) should i have a dowel going threw that for support or will be able to handle its own weight???

The shot is from too far away to see very much detail but you didn't do too bad for your first fondant cake. Once you have a little more experience using fondant you'll be able to roll it thinner and learn how to make sure that the cake underneath has a smooth surface. A smooth surface underneath your fondant is essential because every bump/lump/dent will show as you've found out.

Good luck with your two tiered cake...be sure and posts pictures as well.
