Does anyone have a madeira recipe suitable for slow baking in a 10inch round (same as a 9 inch square?) deep cake tin? I reckon it would take about 1.5 hours to bake - I have a fan oven though so will take that into account.
I really would prefer a recipe rather than using a cake mix. I am making a layer cake and had intended on using the leveller to make the layers once the madeira has cooked.
Any tips, greatly appreciated!
