Hey Everyone! I have been doing cakes for a couple of years and I have consistanly had problems with my buttercream icing. I have tried numerous recipes and I always end up with my buttercream looking "waxy". I'm not sure what the problem is. I am currently using Indydebi's recipe and I have def. gotten better results and it is, by far, the best tasting and best texture. But still, unfortunately, waxy looking after it sits at room temp for a few days. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
