I would like to make a baseball cake, but don't want to have to buy a ball pan. What other ways can you make one? Using a bowl? A half round would be ok. Also, I've seen other small balls that I think people use rice krispie treats to make them. What is the best way to go about doing that?

Thanks for the help.

It depends on how do you want your design to look. I just made a baseball baby shower cake. It's kinda different. I want to get small ball pans though. You can also make it out of RKT.

My baseball glove cake where its holding a baseball is made with a pyrex bowl. of course, now folks are saying you shouldnt bake with one?? but- I bake with it daily...

I have thought about using RKT next time, But I'm also thinking about changing up the design of the cake. I'm kinda tired of making it. LOL
