What is the difference between crystal dust and luster dust? I have used Luster dusts but have notices GSA selling a crystal dust that has colors that I am interested in - are they similar?

They probably do have a crystal dust. Crystal Colors is the brand name for the only edible luster dust on the market. If there is others I don't know about them..

They are the only FDA approved dusts as they are made from actual food colors, so they are not only non-toxic (as are most dust), but also edible.
