I want to use wafer paper to make an insert for a basket with french fries and a hamburger in it. I want to "paint" the paper with stars and stripes for 4th of July. 1) How do I make wafer paper pliable? 2) Whatever you do to make it pliable, will it make the design run? Is there a tutorial anywher on using wafer paper. Needless to say there were no directions......

Anyone? Thanks in advance

I should clarify...I want it to look kinda like a napkin that you would see in one of those plastic baskets you get food in.

Try steaming a piece over a pot of simmering water....just enough to soften it to be able to bend/old it and the color should ok. Too wet and it will dissolve! Try it with a scrap piece to see how yours reacts to the steam.
