I'm making a wedding cake for a friend who wants 3 different fillings in the four tiers. They are having a chocolate cake for the groom's cake but I'm not sure that they are having much other food. If I bake a 6, 8, 10 and 14 inch, saving the 6-inch, I'll have 140 servings according to
Wilton chart. She requested 150 servings but only has 62 RSVPs and the wedding is next weekend. I don't mind making extra cake because I'm doing it for a friend. I'm just thinking that people may want to try more than one flavor. Opinions very much needed.

You agreed to make one slice per guest expected...if there are only 62 guests plus the wedding party then you are safely within those boundries. Look at it this way...most weddings you only get one slice, one flavor, this wedding the guests will have a chance to taste more!
