Hi Everyone -
I'm trying to learn about ways to use almond butter and/or paste. I am trying to come up with a new chocolate cookie that is flavored with it, or has it added somehow.
I posted in "general" because I'd like to hear everyone's input & then maybe I can get an idea of what to try. Even if it's a cake person or cookie person responding.
If it helps...I ate one of those sweet and salty granola type bars recently. The flavor I ate had almonds, honey, and a layer of something cream colored. Sort of like a thin layer of white chocolate, flavored with almond butter or almond paste? I'm guessing. If you've eaten one of those bars, you know the flavor I'm trying to add.

Unsure of what flavor you are trying to add though. what did the bar say it had in it or how it was made
