I wanted to know if there is something I should put over a fondant covered cake that will be going into the refriderator? Also what I should do when taking it out and letting it come to room temp?
i refridge every single cake i make... i cover it in fondant and put it in... nothing special... just dont touch it when it comes out until it dries because it will leave fingerprints! hth
