I have never made chiffon cake before, not sure I have ever had chiffon cake before?!
Anyway, I am making this recipe this weekend:
My question is, can you cover chiffon cake with fondant? Or is this one of those airy, fluffy type of cakes?

Chiffon cakes tend to be very light and fluffy - I think fondant would squish it a bit!
