Number Topper Onbirthday Cake? Help Please?

Hello All!
I am making a birthday cake that needs to be viewed from all angles.
The topper is going to be a 10 but I know know to make it seen from 4 sides. Any tips?
The cake is 3 layers and the top is a present with a loopy bow. The number topper will stick out about the bow.
Hope someone out there has a great idea!
