Boy, do I understand. I work full time, and am a cake hobbyist. I see some of the photos on this site, and I know I will never achieve that level of beauty and perfection. It ALMOST makes me think I shouldn't try, but NO WAY! Even though I have limited opportunity to work with cakes, I will continue trying to do my best.
