Im doing a cake for a friend and i'm doing 1/4 sheet's and the recipe is vanilla pound cake and i was wondering if anyone had any idea's on how long to bake it???? please I have to have this done by friday night! Please help!!!
I just did one and started checking on it around 30 minutes (at 300 degrees). Then used a cake tester from there on out but I don't remember it taking too much longer.
Well i just finished baking it lol.. it took 50 minutes so from now on i know. Thanks for the advice. Im just starting my own cake business out of my home so im trying to learn as much as possible. If anyone can give tips on fondant that would be GREAT! The cake i have to have done by friday night is going to be rolled in fondant so any tips would help!
