freeze torted cakes with banana cream filling. I would love to torte and fill my cakes that I will be traveling with. TIA

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour or cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 large banana, mashed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Well, think it would be OK, since you add lemon to it and there's not too much raw fruit on it...
