I saw a wedding cake, the icing was a whipped icing but it had a delecate shimmer to it, was this put on with airbrush, if so what was the media in the airbrush. vicki

If the entire cake had a shimmer to it, then it was probably airbrushed with pearl luster dust. I use luster dust in my airbrush often and just love the sheen. HTH.

You can also mix pearl dust with alcohol (everclear, gin, vodka) and use that mixture in the airbrush.
