I'm thinking about adding cupcakes to my repertoire and I'm wondering about pans. I have the standard muffin tins that I think are 2"x1"? Is this the size that you all are using when you have orders for cupcakes or have you invested in larger pans? They look a little small to me when I make cupcakes (I use them for friends and family when I'm trying new flavour combinations for cakes). Thanks for any input.
I usually use the standard size for most of my orders but i do have the mini s and large ones that i do on occasion. People rarely ask for the other sizes though HTH.
