I love the taste of bettercream but wanted to put fondant over it can you do this or is it to light.
Is bettercream like a stabilized whipped cream? my only experience mixing that (frostin' pride here) with fondant was putting fondant flowers on a whipped cake & the fondant kind of melted. The water in the whipped cream base will dissolve the sugar from what I understand.
Maybe you could just use it for the filling?
I have not tried it myself but have seen nmerous posts on here that say not to do it. that it will melt.
