I am ready to make the investment - I need advice. Do you recommend the deluxe agbay or the regular? Is the deluxe worth the cost?

I have the regular and it's perfect. If I find that I need the deluxe later, I can just upgrade to the second blade later, being that the regular is upgradeable. If you don't have a need for a second blade now, there is no point in spending the extra money. You'll love the Agbay. It's the best tool I have in my kitchen!

"Back in the day" you really had to make a decision. I bought the two blade because I torte every cake that goes out, and it was the easiest. Now with the option of adding a blade, buy what you can afford now and upgrade later. Seriously, it is the best cake tool EVER!!!
