I have a request for a 40 birthday cake. I can do the cake, as I can roll on BC. I am not sure what to charge for this cake. I can't get the cake matrix to work. Any suggestions as to what to charge? I am going to upload a picture.

How many servings will it feed? I would probably charge $3/serving for this cake. Do you have the pan or will you hand carve?

Where are you located? How are you going to decorate it?

I will be hand carving as I do not have the pan for the #4. I will be purchasing the oval pans for the "0" and some rectangular pans for regular baking. She only needs the cake to feed 20-25 people. I live in Richmond VA. We did decide on the last cake with pink and purple decorations. All buttercream and no fondant. I went to school with this lady and want it to look really good. She works for the police department and could be beneficial to my future business.
