I read somewhere on here about cutting strips with an herb mincer and ever since I've tried to find one. Kinda funny...a few days ago I was in a cooking store and mentioned to a friend that I had been looking for one. Of course, the store didn't have one. Afterwards, we stopped by Goodwill. I'm looking through the junk and I spotted it!! icon_biggrin.gif

I cut the strips on this cake with it today. So easy!

The cake looks great! And, nice tip on the herb mincer. I cannot believe your luck in finding one at Goodwill - enjoy!

Yes, it looks almost identical. I couldn't believe my luck either! It didn't have a price on it and some Goodwill stores will not let you buy without a price, so I was really crossing my fingers...she was fine with it and gave it to me for 99 cents!

I bought one a few months ago thanks and I love it. Another cc member (can't remember who) posted a photo of one in a thread and I went the next day and bought mine. Saves me lots of time.

Very neat!! I like my adjustable ribbon cutter, but I also like the idea of being able to cut lot's of strips at once!! I may have to pick one up icon_smile.gif

Check the displays in the bread aisle and the produce aisle. I've seen them on rotating racks in those aisles.
