my friend wants me to make her a two tier cake. Each tier a different filling. One choc. hazelnut and the other mint choc chip. I have never made these flavors before. Any easy ideas? please help.

Nutella is a good chocolate hazelnut filling. Of you can make chocolate buttercream and use hazelnut coffee flavoring for the liquid.

For mint chocolate chip, Hmmm you could go with mint flavored buttercream with mini chocolate chips mixed in.
