Just wondering how do you do it, what's your system?

I need to figure out if it is feasible for me. I thought about having a weekly assortment of flavors then if they want anything outside of that or a large amount asking for a week's notice. Delivering at certain times of day maybe. Minimum order of one dozen. Just some random thoughts so far.

Ideas or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

I would start with basic flavors available each day such as vanilla with vanilla buttercream, chocolate with chocolate etc... and then do maybe 3 different flavors that change each day. Let your customers know that you are willing to do special requests but put a minimum order of 1 or 2 dozen so it is worth your time.
