Fillings That Can Freeze

I find that I make cakes I end up with more filling than I can use. I don't do a lot of cakes right now so I find myself throwing the extra out after a week or so. I am able to make smaller amounts of raspberry puree and lemon curd, and ganache, but does anyone have any suggestions for other fillings that can freeze? Thanks.
