I'm thinking of ordering a couple of Sharon Zambito's DVDs. Definitely the Buttercream one. For those of you who have some of her videos, did/do you find them helpful?

Or are there any other videos that you all recommend?

I have the flawless fondant one. I liked it because she shows how to cover a variety of cake shapes in fondant.

I highly recommend her videos. They have dramatically improved the quality of my cakes and my confidence level. Her videos are worth the investment and then some!

I'm a cheap-o and I've purchased 2 so far. They are totally worth the money. My friend says, "It's like watching Bob Ross, but with cake." I learned quite a bit from her DVDs.

I LOVE her videos. I have the buttercream, fondant, and sheetcake videos and learned so much from them. I can't wait to buy more.
