I am having trouble with the wording on my order form disclaimer. I want it to say something along the lines that I am not responsible for any damage after delivery. That they are receiving the cake as ordered and there are no disfigures.

I just want it to sound professional. Please help.

All advice is welcome

Thank you all so much!

I hope this link works, it is a sample form created by a CC member.

Fingers crossed.... icon_biggrin.gif

If it doesn't, do a Google advanced search with Cake Central as the website. That's the only way I can find anything on here.

To everyones reply, thank you so much.

I am dealing with a customer who left her topsy turvy cake in her bedroom after I had advised her the room was too warm for the cake.
Now she wants her money back.

So, thank you again.
