does anybody have a tried and tested one? Also one that doesn't require a bundt pan! All of them I find with google are bundt cakes and I just want a regular old cake (and from what I have read you shouldn't use just a regualar cake pan but maybe that's not correct).
I substitute pans all the time. You will have to kep a eye on the time, tho... as it wll be much less than with a thick bundt pan.
