Help!!! How Do I Make Or What Can I Buy To Make Edging Along

i need help on how or what i can purchase to make this edging along the bottom of this bible cake... i want to do it another cake but do not know the name nor where to purchase.. any help would be great

i'm sorry the image is not attachting, it looks like a lace border maybe a mold? but i can't be sure ugh this is fustrating i'm sorry!!!
