I have a cake due on the 27th for two couples. They want roses which is fine, no problem.. But how should I work the top of the cake? It's a 11x15 and it has to say Happy Anniversary on it plus their names. I was thinking of making two hearts out of fondant and letting them dry so that they could stand up in the center of a bundle of roses, then writing the couples names on them. Any one else have suggestions? I have the font picked out that I am copying but I am stuck on the design.. How would you do it? I've drawn it out a few times and it just seems like it's missing something.. Thank you for any help!!

Your idea is good. You could add lace trimmings made out of gumpaste around the hearts and instead of rolling the heart flat, you could give it some body 3D shape like a mini heart pillow, I think that would give it some personality
