I'm just wondering why so many magazine and website cakes..the fancy, elegant ones, with two or three tiers, smaller, so they fit on a fancy stand....
Wait I'm not phrasing the question right....
Okay its beautiful but so NOT practical!!!!!!! I mean, I LOVE these fancy cakes, the elegant white cakes with various classy modern designs and a big flower...on a pretty alabaster stand...and they only serve what, 75???? At the very most????
Or do most people have small weddings these days?
(I'm just dying to do one of these beautiful SMALL wedding cakes on a fancy stand for a customer! haha)
What I would give for a small wedding cake to make. Like an idiot I double booked two weddings for next week, both are for 300 servings. I keep promising my self, I WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN!!!
