I have a recipe for a "snowball cake" that you bake in a bowl. you put the filling on top of the batter and when it bakes it sinks and fills the cake. I want to try this with lemon cake and use lemon curd. think it would work or end up a gooey mess. I don't have time to experiment at this point.
