I have had someone request a retirement cake with a 3-d eiffel tower on it. Any suggestion on how to make one. The cake will be made mostly out of fondant and modeling chocolate.

I have done a small gumpaste one. cut a template of the sides and made a support for the inside and covered it with royal icing. I just saw one by "TheCakeUpArtist" which was great.

If you go up to the horizontal purple bar running across the screen, you will see "Search" in white letters on the left.

Just enter "Eiffel" into the search and you'll get several threads. Peruse that list and click on the ones that have Eiffel in the title of the thread.

There are 5-6 very good descriptions.
