hi guys just a general question really, what colours would you use/mix to get a good brick colour for fondant,

There are a bunch of different colors of bricks, but for the typical red ones I'd use a terracotta-type red with some light brown. It would also be good to not mix it in compeltely, so that you get some variation in the color. Or you could make it red then sponge/brush a really light color wash over parts of it later to give it some depth.
