So I'm relatively new to decorating, I've been at it for about a year, and I welcome the chance to try new techniques, however this time I'm scared! I need to take a picture of Betty Boop and turn it into a 3D cake! Yikes! Luckily the girl I'm making it for only needs to serve 12 people and she's fine with me using styrofoam for parts of it, but I'm just not sure how to build this thing! If anyone has any suggestions I'd REEEALLY appreciate it! Thank you!!

oh dear... i think a much easier road would be to make her out of gumpaste and use her as a cake topper instead...

I agree, and I suggested that to her. But she really, really wants the 3D cake...
