Does anyone else use the nx200 for edible images? I have had nothing but issues with mine. From not recognizing the cartridges to not printing at all. It is a total pain. I have wasted over 100.00 in edible ink trying to get the stupid thing to work.

Try calling ediblesupply.com He seems to be the biggest expert on that machine. The only Epson I like is the Workforce 1100. I am a Canon gal myself and prefer the ip3600 and mp560. But Sean is the expert on the others.
