Mmf In My Kitchen Aid!!

Yah!!! I had read about others making their fondant in their mixers but I was always apprehensive about trying it. I made it the hard/messy way on my counter top by hand. Well thank goodness I tried it, it work out GREAT. So much quicker and SO much less messy icon_biggrin.gif I will NEVER make fondant on my counter again thumbs_up.gif

Ive never made fondant before but I am wanting to try it soon and am happy to know my kitchenaid can handle it.

ok I'm a newbie trying new things, please tell me how to do this! Would do more fondant if I could pull this off! LOL

You can find tutorials on youtube. Just type in fondant and you will have loads of ways to do this. personally my favorite

when marshmallow is melted you can stir in flavoring and color

I have only used my KitchenAid to do MMF and it is wonderful!!! I also use Marshmallow Fluff instead of melting marshmallows.
