I have my per serving price figured out but not all the extras like fondant/gumpaste flowers or bows or figurines. How do you figure out what to charge for that stuff? By hour/ how long it takes you and if so how do you quote something you're attempting for the first time without knowing how long it will take?
What does everyone else charge?
