O.K. for all of you who have experimented a bit more than I, what is your impression of poured fondant? I have not used this method at all and am wondering about your impressions and any hazards or info I should have in advance.
I only use it on petit fours - definitely too sweet for larger cakes (or at least that is my opinion.)
Ditto....only use it for petit fours. It is fragile and I would not want to attempt to pour it on a cake...though I know people who have..thought they would be getting a hewmungus (spelling?) petit four I guess.
