Does anyone have a recipe for a great peach filling. I am to make a wedding cake with lemon, raspberry and peach fillings - one for each tier. I could make lemon filling or use lemon curd and I could use raspberry seedless jam but wasn't sure about using peach preserves. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
I was wondering if you couldn't use peach marmalade...that would by yummy I would think!
i like to use this recipe for raspberry filling for all of my fruit fillings. Just substitute the frozen raspberries with Frozen peaches. (i have done this with pineapple, strawberry, and blueberries, i'm sure it would work with peaches too)
