I have been searching for wheat and dairy-free recipes but none have reviews. Does anyone have a recipe they can share that is tried and true?
It's for a baby girl's 1st birthday, mom was hoping I could make a special smash cake for her.
...I know, if no one else is eating it, why does it have to taste good...

I have seen gluten free cake mixes at Walmart - I think they are Betty Crocker. Have you tried www.allrecipes.com or www.cooks.com - both have LOTS of recipes to search thru.
