Helpo me please. I am new to cake decorating and have done one cake with animal figures and was not able to get the fingers right. Does anyone have tips on how to make the fingers and toes (and hands) look correct on fondant people?

Thanks for any help

Aine2 has a free tutorial. It's either on her site or on youtube, I can't remember which. It helped me some but it still takes me a long time to get a decent looking hand.

Thank you for replying. How do I find this person's website? Have no idea who you are talking about? Thanks

google aine2 i guess.
i make mine by flattening the "hand" into a spoon type shape, then snipping with manicure scissors.

Just go to your search engine and type in "Aine2" & her you tube videos will pop up as well as her site, which I believe is called Extra icing on the cake.
Shes super fabulous and you'll learn TONS
