I saw a thread on this sometime last week but can't find it - no matter what words I use to search by.

Would someone please send me the info? I know it mentioned removing a portion of the AP and replacing with corn starch - I just need the amounts.

Thanks!

You can make cake flour by mixing 1 3/4 cup of AP flour with 1/4 cup of corn starch or potato starch. I am currently using potato starch, but you can use either one. HTH
