How Do You Business Gals/guys Do This???

Hi all!
I posted a similar question in a different forum a couple days ago. I should have posted here.
This is in regards to copyrights regarding characters. Such as, Mickey Mouse, Bugs Bunny, Spider-man, Cars etc. This list can go on forever. I have heard that these companies will NOT allow small business to use thier characters??? If you have a client that wants a cake with a character like above on their cake, how do you go about doing that?
I am aware of 2 other decorating sites that you can buy some images from, however they are limited in what they can send you...
Thanks....
This thread has some good info: http://cakecentral.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=674044&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=copyright&&start=15
Basically, I practice the "Just Say No" action.
You work within the copyright laws. You buy the licensed items available (yes, they are limited), you use licensed edible images, or you build a theme cake and allow the client to place figures as they see fit once they get it home.
You will "lose" a sale as a result. To me, that is better than losing my business as a result of a fine.
