I want to use the ball pans for the boobs.. Now how can I make the belly nice and big and round???

We just did a baby rump cake and made the "rump" from two 8" rounds carved. You could also use a bowl cake. HTH

you can use the sports ball pans for the boobs and use the soccer ball pan for the belly
