I have a close friend I would like to make a birthday cake for next week. She is diabetic but does not like to use sweeteners like Splenda. The only sweetener she uses is Agave Nectar. Can this be used to make a cake? It's consistency is similar to honey, maybe a liitle bit thinner. Has anyone ever tried to make a cake with it? If so, can you tell me what you did? Any help would be highly appreciated!
